Sahara Turner Construction Limited Connects Two B.I.D Winning Global Construction Giants from India and the U.S.

Sahara Turner Construction Limited seeks to take a slice of the $500 billion-1 trillion USD India plans to spend on improving the country’s infrastructure

Sahara India Pariwar, another B.I.D. award winner and a premier real estate developer in India, and Acropolis Capital Group, a London based private equity firm, have embarked on a ground breaking joint venture to form Sahara Turner Construction Limited. The partnership will serve the construction and development market of India with plans to build a chain of integrated townships called ‘Sahara City Homes’, in addition to other projects, an endeavor with an estimated value of $25 billion USD over 20 years.

They estimate that $2.5 billion USD of the entire project will be completed in the next 5 years. Sahara Turner Construction Limited will be the preferred contractor and project manager for the entire duration of the project. Mr. Nicholas E. India expects to invest approximately $500 billion- $1 trillion USD in the country’s infrastructure, which presents enormous opportunity. In an interview on the Indian TV program “Your Call,” Subrata Roy, the founder and Chairman of Sahara, disclosed the company’s most recent market value of over $13 billion USD.
