The Quality Series presents:

Club Cubic in Macau Continuous to Upgrade the Quality of its Offerings in order to Attract an Upscale Clientele

Billions Continue to Pour into Macau’s Luxury Gaming Properties

MacauMacau was Portuguese for 442 yeas, longest of any European colony in Asia

Club Cubic in Macau offers a clubbing experience that is unmatched in the city.  High rollers from the city’s casinos and other discerning visitors flock to Club Cubic in order to enjoy the best DJ’s in the world, spectacular live shows, and accommodations at some of Macau’s best luxury hotels and restaurants in the City of Dreams.

From Sleepy Port to Biggest Gaming Center in the World

Macau now takes in five times as much gaming money as Las Vegas.  A Portuguese colony for more than 400 years, Macau was returned to China in 1999.  Along with Hong Kong, Macau is an enclave of capitalism under China’s “One Country, Two Systems” program whereby economic rules are more liberal for the former European outposts.

Although this year has seen a drop in gaming revenues because of Chinese political pressure to curb corruption, the major players are betting that the drop is short lived and are doubling down on their plays in a place that has been transformed from a seedy, sleepy backwater to a destination for high rollers from all over the world.  Just some examples:

Part of the Wynn franchise, the only property to earn Forbe’s 7 Star rating, this $4.1 billion property features a spa, with in room massages, air conditioned gondolas over an 8 acre artificial lake, luxury shopping and gourmet dining.  The owners guarantee that there will be no other property in Macau like it.

Real estate investor Lui Che-woo and his Galaxy Entertainment Group have just sunk $2.8 into this property which started with 2,200 hotel rooms, suites and villas, the world’s largest skytop wave pool with a beach and a 575 meter river ride.   The expansion added three more super exclusive hotels, 70 food outlets, and 200 shopping outlets, including high end boutiques and luxury shops.

Representing an investment of at least $3.2 billion, Studio City bills itself as “ the most diversified entertainment offering yet experienced in Macau”. The property is developed by Melco Crown Entertainment Limited, and features the world’s highest figure-8 Ferris wheel, 130 metres high, “Batman Dark Flight”  the world’s first flight simulation ride based on Batman, a 40,000 square foot indoor play center, a three theatre complex dedicated to magic shows, a 5,000-seat multi-purpose entertainment center, the only TV studio facility in Macau to provide open access ‘plug in and play’ facilities and a new Pachu nightclub.  The property also boasts 1,600 luxury hotel rooms, over 30 food outlets, and a 350,000 square foot mall.

Club Cubic sets the Standard in Macau

In the middle of all of this glitz, luxury and high rolling, there is a new club in town which is the biggest and the most prestigious.  Club Cubic is located in the City of Dreams, and offers the atmosphere and energy of two levels of live entertainment space and nearly 30,000 square feet.  World class DJ’s like Tiësto grace the booth in the nightclub, Asia’s first Perrier-Jouët champagne bar awaits, and upstairs clubbers can enjoy 5 VIP rooms.  Balconies provide a view of the entire downstairs dance floor.

Within the club, Club Cubic presents TABOO: The Resort of Desires, a show which challenges your senses and emotions with a cast of artists from around the world.  While in the City of Dreams, you can also enjoy the world’s largest water extravaganza, the House of Dancing Water, which features amazing special effects in a show that won a Gold Prize at the HKMA/TVC Awards in 2011.

Competition for high end tourists in Macau is fierce, and only those who are willing to invest the resources to make an experience truly unique and memorable will succeed.  The Club Cubic has met the challenge with a facility that meets world class standards for entertainment and luxury.

Besides the stunning look of the club and the rave reviews received by Taboo, the committee was particularly impressed by the fully interactive website and ease with which potential customers can take advantage of offers and package deals available from associated hotels and restaurants.  The attention to detail and customer service orientation is obvious.  The owners of the Club have invested heavily in making the experience at Club Cubic the best it can be by continuously improving its entertainment offerings to meet the demands of a discerning clientele.

Because of its commitment to continuous quality improvement, Club Cubic has been selected  to receive the BID World Quality Commitment Award for 2015 at the convention in Paris.
